FILE A COMMUNICATIONS COMPLAINT

Are you experiencing continued issues with your communications service provider (radio, TV, Internet, phone)? Although these services are Federally regulated, there are still steps you can take at a State level to try to get service restored by escalating the issue through the Department of Public Service. Please see the steps below:

STEP #1
File a complaint directly with your service provider so you have a record of the complaint(s).

If not resolved:

STEP #2
File a complaint with the FCC:
https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us

If not resolved:

STEP #3
File a complaint with the Vermont Department of Public Service:
Consumer Affairs and Public Information Division
Vermont Department of Public Service
Web Form: https://publicservice.vermont.gov/file-complaint
Telephone: 802-828-2332
Toll Free: 1-800-622-4496
E-Mail: psd.consumer@vermont.gov

If not resolved:

STEP #4
Feel free to escalate by replying all to my Legislative email (ksims@leg.state.vt.us) in order to loop me into your email thread. Please make sure to provide the town you are reaching out from.

There is no guarantee this will help resolve the issue(s), but every complaint helps in order for further action to be taken to resolve the issue on a greater scale.
